Cross Honored With Business Award

Central Methodist University student Abigail Cross, from Osborn, Mo., was recently recognized for extraordinary academic achievements in business.

Each spring, CMU's Division of Business, Accounting, and Economics awards students for demonstrating outstanding work in the fields of accounting, finance, business management, economics, international business, marketing and advertising, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

Cross, one of 13 students recognized, was presented with the Departmental Fellow for the 2017-18 Academic Year.

Awards were given out during a Business Division Honors Banquet, which was held Monday, April 10, on CMU's main campus in Fayette, according to Division Chair Julie Bennett.

Cross is a junior currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business degree at CMU.
