Cynthia Webb Graduates from Central Methodist University

Cynthia A. Webb, of Ellsinore, Mo., has graduated from Central Methodist University-Poplar Bluff with a Bachelor of Science in Education - Elementary Education.

Founded in 1854, Central Methodist programs range from undergraduate and graduate studies to high-school dual credit offerings.
