Dempsey Recognized In Spirit Squad At CMU

Central Methodist University student Katherine Dempsey, a biology major from Columbia, Mo., was one of over 300 CMU student athletes recognized for athletic achievements during the 2016-17 school year.

Central held its annual All-Sport Awards Ceremony on Thursday, April 27, during which many of the student athletes were honored.

Dempsey lettered in Spirit Squad, was Spirit Squad Dance NAIA All-American Honorable Mention, and was recognized for servig on the Student Athlete Champions of Character Council.
