Franklin presents at CMU's Humanities Conference

The sixth annual Humanities Conference was held at Central Methodist University on Wednesday, April 20 in the Inman Student and Community Center on the Fayette campus.

Danielle Franklin, a Senior English major from Oak Grove, presented "Ethical Culture and Professionalism Within One Tree Hill" and "The Powerful Character in Wakefield".

The annual cross-discipline conference is organized this year by Dr. Kavita Hatwalkar, assistant professor of English; Dr. Kevin Carnahan, associate professor of religion and philosophy; and Dr. Jeremy Reed, associate professor of English. The program involves nearly two dozen CMU students participating plus students from Columbia College and William Woods University.
