Hamilton earns CMU Academic Award

The Central Methodist University Division of Business, Accounting and Economics recognized the extraordinary achievements of 19 students at an awards ceremony held Wednesday, May 4, on the CMU-Fayette campus.

Jarrid Hamilton, a Junior Accounting major from High Ridge, received the Lisa Powell Goessling Merit Scholarship.

The honored students demonstrated outstanding work in the fields of accounting, finance, business management, international business, marketing and advertising, entrepreneurship and leadership, according to Julie Duerst Bennett, chair of the division and associate professor of business.
