Johnson Recognized By CMU As Outstanding Art Student

Central Methodist University student Matthew Johnson, from Pacific, Mo., was honored during an award ceremony held by CMU's Department of Fine and Performing Arts on Sunday, May 6.

The Department hosts the award ceremony every spring - honoring outstanding students in the areas of music and theatre.

Johnson won the Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Collegiate Honor Award, and the Martin C. Harrall Award.

Johnson is a senior currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music Education at CMU.
