Joseph receives CMU Business Award

Shelby Joseph was among 22 students who were honored by the Central Methodist University Division of Business, Accounting and Economics during an awards ceremony held Thursday, April 30 on the CMU-Fayette campus. Joseph, a Junior Business major, from Cairo received the Shallenburger Award for Outstanding Performance in Accounting Principles.

The students honored demonstrated outstanding work in the fields of accounting, finance, business management, international business, marketing and advertising, entrepreneurship, and leadership, according to Julie Bennett, chair of the Division of Business, Accounting and Economics and associate professor of business.
