Pelley Recognized for Fine and Performing Arts Achievement at CMU

The robust cultural arts scene at Central Methodist University was highlighted on Sunday, May 3 during CMU's annual Fine Arts Celebration.

Awards for excellence in music and theatre during the 2014-15 performance season were presented during the banquet and ceremony, according to Dr. Dori Waggoner, chair of CMU's division of Fine and Performing Arts.

Ann Marie Pelley earned the Sigma Alpha Iota Scholastic Award, the Prof. Paul A. Montemurro Award, the Swinney Conservatory Super Hero Award, and the Academic Achievement Award.

Pelley is a Music Education major from Saint Peters.
