Pomajzl Honored With Business Award

Central Methodist University student Michaela Pomajzl, from Sedalia, Mo., was recently recognized for extraordinary academic achievements in business.

Each spring, CMU's Division of Business, Accounting, and Economics awards students for demonstrating outstanding work in the fields of accounting, finance, business management, economics, international business, marketing and advertising, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

Pomajzl, one of 13 students recognized, was presented with the Marketing and Advertising Excellence Award.

Awards were given out during a Business Division Honors Banquet, which was held Monday, April 10, on CMU's main campus in Fayette, according to Division Chair Julie Bennett.

Pomajzl is a senior currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business degree at CMU.
