Roy Awarded In Division Of Fine And Performing Arts At CMU

Central Methodist University student Breilly Roy, from Trenton, Mo., was recently awarded the Martin E. Kooi Excellence in Theatre Arts Award, the S. Frederick Rhoads Award for Best Female Actor in a Supporting Role for Feste in Twelfth Night, and the S. Frederick Rhoads Award for Best Female Actor in a Supporting Role in a Musical Performance for Sally Brown in You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown through CMU's Division of Fine and Performing Arts.

Together, the music and theatre departments gave out nearly 50 awards for outstanding performances and accomplishments for the 2017-18 school year. Award winners were honored on Sunday evening, May 7.

Roy is a senior marine biology major at CMU.
