Waggoner Singing with the CMU Church Street Boys

2015 Oct 16

Thomas Waggoner is a member of the all male choir, the Church Street Boys, at Central Methodist University in Fayette, Mo.

Waggoner is a senior religion and church leadership major from Fayette.

This ensemble has spent the last couple of years building a reputation, and a strong following in Missouri. This year the choir, under the continuing leadership of Dr. Ron Atteberry, adjunct professor of music, has nearly 20 members.

As a singing group, they have a broad style of repertoire from folk songs to musical theatre pieces to spirituals. Often they sing a cappella; however, senior Levi Gerke accompanies then when they need a piano back up their voices.
