Wilken Awarded In Division Of Fine And Performing Arts At CMU

Central Methodist University student Kay Wilken, from Cole Camp, Mo., was recently awarded the Helen Puckett Thogmorton Award For Excellence In Music, and the Chorale Fellow through CMU's Division of Fine and Performing Arts.

Together, the music and theatre departments gave out nearly 50 awards for outstanding performances and accomplishments for the 2017-18 school year. Award winners were honored on Sunday evening, May 7.

Wilken is a senior music education major at CMU.
